Hi, I'm Ashley, founder of Butler & Co.

I've spent 15+ years in hiring, in full-time roles at JLL Technologies, Microsoft, Rivian, and Delta Air Lines, along with work for small nonprofits and startups. For the past 8 years, I've also coached professionals through career moves and salary negotiations.

I've seen both sides of the table. I know how companies make hiring decisions, and I know where candidates get lost in them.

Today, I help growing and mission-driven organizations replace ad hoc hiring and informal HR with clear systems: hiring workflows, onboarding, performance, and the documentation that keeps them running. Every engagement has a defined end point, and you keep the system and the know-how.
